The aim of the programme is to increase the learners'
knowledge of principles and practices applied to the construction/retrofitting
of low energy/nearly zero energy buildings. This improved knowledge will allow
such workers apply their existing skills, so that relevant energy efficient
techniques and standards are achieved.
